"Orchid Isle Pool Home" - Panoramic Ocean Views from Pool in Kailua-Kona

This home (finished in '07) has a pool with miles of shoreline ocean views, and views from the house as well of the surfer's at Lyman's bay, cruise ships coming
and going from the harbor, and the city lights at night. Sunsets are spectacular.
Swimming pool for family fun (ask about age restrictions with kids; kids who are old enough should know pool safety). Views from the pool and both main lanais.
Upstairs: living area, full kitchen, dining area, side lanai for dining, master suite has private lanai overlooking pool and coast.
Upstairs bedrooms have 1 King & 2 Queens. Downstairs has kitchenette, 2 patios, and 3 full beds between the two downstairs bedrooms which open onto pool.
Home is located in an upscale neighborhood just 5-7 minutes drive to town, Keauhou shopping center and Movie Theatres, and local beaches and snorkeling spots.

chairs, beach towels, washer and dryer with laundry soap, ice chests.
Kitchen supplies i.e. alumimun foil, storage bags,seasonings,etc.
Floor futons for kids. Gas BBQ Grill.

$255 to $375 – rates vary based on season, number of guests, and
length of stay. Different rates apply for Ironman and Christmas.  Rates do not include one time cleaning fee $151.03 and Hawaii State tax.

Sorry, only babies under 12 months and children old enough to swim on
their own, as we do not have a fence between living quarters and pool.
Kids who are old enough should know pool safety.
