Hibiscus Pool Home with Hot Tub, Sweeping Views, near town in Kailua-Kona

Classic home with swimming pool and a 20 mile shoreline view including downtown Kona. Watch the cruise ships arrive in the harbor, and have sunset dinners on the long lanai that runs the length of the house. Three bedrooms (2 kings, 1 queen) plus family room with sleeper sofa doubles as a 4th bedroom. There is also another sleeper sofa in the living area. Open space in the living room, dining room; good-sized, well equipped kitchen.  Your own washer and dryer - we provide the detergent.

Home is located in an upscale neighborhood, yet 5 minutes to the center of town, beaches, restaurants, shopping.

Equipped like your own home: wireless internet, boogie boards, beach
chairs, beach towels, washer and dryer with laundry soap, ice chests
and your own gas BBQ grill. Kitchen supplies like aluminum foil,
storage bags, filters, and dish soap.

Kids Stay Free! We have baby items such as high chairs, day cribs, car seats, and umbrella strollers available on request. Beach toys, boogie boards, and swim noodles for older kids. Sorry: only babies under 12 months and children children old enough to swim, as we do not have a fence between the swimming pool and the guest quarters. Kids who are old enough should know pool safety.

Rates: $169 - $259/ night. Winter 1-1 to 4-1, $239 - $279 / night. Rates vary based on season, length of stay, and number in party. Different rates apply for Ironman, Christmas. Please add Hawaii state tax and the one time only cleaning fee of $140.62.  5 night minimum.  *Last minute discounts available
