This building has only 3 units, so not as crowded as a large condo complex, but you still have your own private entrance, bath, etc. The building has a beautiful yard (each unit has its own gas grill).

You are right across the street from White Sands Beach / La'aloa State
park. There is plenty of parking, and each unit has its own washer /
dryer on the premises (free of charge with detergent provided). You
are only 4 miles from the center of Kailua-Kona town on Alii Drive,
and about 2 from Keauhou - shopping and movie theatres.

Equipped like your own home, boogie boards, beach towels, washer and
dryer with laundry soap, ice chest, kitchen supplies, floor futons for kids, beach chairs, beach mats and towels, more...

Kids Stay Free! We have baby items such as high chairs, day cribs, car seats, and umbrella strollers available on request. Floor futons and sleeping bags or extra bedding available for small children.

Rates: $89 - $119/ night. Winter 1-1 to 4-1, $99 - $119 / night. Rates vary based on season, length of stay, and number in party. Different rates apply for Ironman, Christmas. Please add Hawaii state tax and the one time only cleaning fee of $62.50.
