This building has only 3 units, so not as crowded as a large condo complex, but you still have your own private entrance, bath, etc. The building has a beautiful yard (each unit has its own gas grill).

You are right across the street from White Sands Beach / La'aloa State
park. There is plenty of parking, and each unit has its own washer /
dryer on the premises (free of charge with detergent provided). You
are only 4 miles from the center of Kailua-Kona town on Alii Drive,
and about 2 from Keauhou - shopping and movie theatres.

Rates: $89 - $99/ night. Winter 1-1 to 4-1, $99 - $109 / night. Rates vary based on season, length of stay, and number in party. Different rates apply for Ironman, Christmas. Please add Hawaii state tax and a one time only cleaning fee.
