Beautiful condo beach suite...  1 Bedroom queen bed in the private bedroom. Two twin day beds in alcove off the living area.

Kitchenette with toaster oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, bean grinder, other small appliances. 

Nice living and dining table; living area with couch and cable Flatscreen TV / DVD plus CD Stereo.  Large screened-in lanai (screened in porch) with second 'breakfast' table.

This building has only 3 units, so not as crowded as a large condo complex, but you still have your own private entrance, bath, etc. The building has a beautiful yard (each unit has its own gas grill).

You are right across the street from White Sands Beach / La'aloa State
park. There is plenty of parking, and each unit has its own washer /
dryer on the premises (free of charge with detergent provided). You
are only 4 miles from the center of Kailua-Kona town on Alii Drive,
and about 2 from Keauhou - shopping and movie theatres.

Equipped like your own home, boogie boards, beach towels, washer and
dryer with laundry soap, ice chest, kitchen supplies, floor futons for kids, beach chairs, beach mats and towels, more...

Kids Stay Free! We have baby items such as high chairs, day cribs, car seats, and umbrella strollers available on request. Floor futons and sleeping bags or extra bedding available for small children.

Rates: $89 - $99/ night. Winter 1-1 to 4-1, $99 - $109 / night.

We help with a SAFE financial transaction for BOTH sides :  No damage deposits to worry with. Your initial e-mails are welcome, but we will  require a telephone  chat before we  finalize any  contract.

We live, work, mail and bank within 4 miles from this home.  TERMS: only $25 on bookings more than 100 days out, with  25% 90 and 60 days out. The balance of 50% just 20 days before arrival. We  can arrange an arrival payment.
