Vacation Rental Description

Keauhou Punahele is located in Keauhou, a beautiful,quiet and relaxing,                        
upscale area of Kailua-Kona with low traffic. The complex,on the 8th fairway                        
of the Kona Country Club, is very well maintained with beautifully 
landscaped grounds and a large pool/jacuzzi area. This large,luxury 
Condo(1200sf) is well appointed with newer appliances in the fully 
furnished kitchen.The masterbedroom with a walk-in closet has a 
California king bed with twins in the second bedroom.The masterbath 
contains a shower/tub with a separate vanity area and twin sinks. The 
second bathroom has a shower. A large lanai with gas B-B-Q runs the 
entire width of the condo(35ft). Patio furniture and dining table 
complete the lanai.
The peaceful views are of the gardens,golf course and pool 
area. Gentle tradewinds, ceiling fans and concrete construction keep 
this condo comfortable.
 Although on the 2nd floor, there are no steps from the parking lot(A 
convenient feature when carrying items). Because of the low 
traffic,open areas and no nearby buildings, many walking and jogging 
sites can be found. Keauhou Bay, only a 5 minute walk, has boats 
leaving for snorkling, diving, sunset cruises, and fishing. Kayak 
rentals are also available. World class golf can be found in the area 
with the nearest course only a quarter mile away. A tennis complex is 
next door with numerous rental courts and equipment. The nearest 
shopping center is just a mile away with restaurants, a supermarket, 
drug store, gift shops and movie complex. Great snorkling, boogie
boarding and beaches are minutes away.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Full kitchen with newer appliances including stove/oven, microwave, 
dishwasher,and full size refrigerator,and all dishware, pots and pans 
and utinsels; full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, 
cable TV with 2 TVs, stereo radio/ CD player,VCR and DVD players,  ice chest, gas 
grill on lanai,ceiling fans in all rooms, large beautiful pool and 
hot tub. Two bicycles and boogie boards are available by request.

Activities and Attractions

Beaches, snorkling, swimming, body boarding, diving,fishing,golfing, 
tennis, boat cruises, surfing, kayaking, parasailing, 
sightseeing,hiking, biking, shopping, resturants, cinemas are all 
nearby. We can assist in suggesting activies.

Vacation Rental Rates

Low Season $635 /week, $2150/month plus Hawaii State taxes and exit cleaning fee
High Season $745 /week, $2575/month plus Hawaii State taxes and exit cleaning fee
$500 deposit for 1 week reservation and $800 for 1 month.  Balance due 90 days before reserved time
     Deposit refunded if cancelled 90 days prior to reserved time.
Minimum rental period 1 week
