Keauhou Punahele is located in Keauhou, a beautiful,quiet and relaxing, upscale area of Kailua-Kona with low traffic. The complex,on the 8th fairway of the Kona Country Club, is very well maintained with beautifully landscaped grounds and a large pool/jacuzzi area. The buildings are constructed of concrete and maintain a quiet atmosphere and comfortable temperature. This large, luxury condo(1200sf) is well appointed with newer appliances in the fully furnished kitchen. The kitchen was remodelled in June 2010. The living room and dining area are tastefully appointed with tropical furniture and a large screen LCD TV.The master bedroom with a walk-in closet has a California king bed with twins in the second bedroom.The masterbath contains a shower/tub with a separate vanity area and twin sinks. The second bathroom has a recently remodelled shower. A large lanai with gas B-B-Q runs the entire width of the condo(35ft). Patio furniture and dining table complete the lanai.
The peaceful views are of the gardens,golf course and pool
area. Gentle tradewinds, ceiling fans and concrete construction keep
this condo at a pleasant temperature without needing air conditioning.
Although on the 2nd floor, there are no steps from the parking lot(A
convenient feature when carrying items). Because of the low
traffic,open areas and no nearby buildings, many walking and jogging
sites can be found. Keauhou Bay, only a 5 minute walk, has boats
leaving for snorkling, diving, sunset cruises, and fishing. Kayak
rentals are also available. World class golf can be found in the area
with the nearest course only a quarter mile away. A tennis complex is
next door with numerous rental courts and equipment. The nearest
shopping center is just a mile away with restaurants, a supermarket,
drug store, gift shops and movie complex. Great snorkling, boogie
boarding and beaches are minutes away.

Full kitchen with newer appliances including stove/oven, microwave,
dishwasher,and full size refrigerator,and all dishware, pots and pans
and utinsels; full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board,
cable TV with 2 TVs(42" LCD in Lv.Rm.), stereo radio/ CD player,DVD player,

in all rooms, large beautiful pool and hot tub. Two bicycles are on
site, and boggie boards are available by request.

Beaches, snorkling, swimming, body boarding, diving,fishing,golfing,
tennis, boat cruises, surfing, kayaking, parasailing,
sightseeing,hiking, biking, shopping, resturants, cinemas are all
nearby. We can assist in suggesting activies.
