The one bedroom side of the duplex is also available this winter and spring.
It features a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the
living room.  French doors also openout onto a private deck overlooking the
water and flower and tropical plant garden.  The kitchen has been updated
with marble counters and new cabinets and appliances.  It sleeps 4.

Our vacation spot can be perfect for those wanting a peaceful,
relaxing time or for those who desire the activities of John's Pass.

                            $2800 month for March

                             $850 a week for March and April

       1 Bedroom:  $1900 month or $600 week for January

                          $700 a week for  March and April
   

April 15 through Dec 15th, 2012 (excluding Holiday weeks which are more):

    1 Bedroom:    $500/week    $1400/mth

     2 Bedroom:   $600/week     $1900/mth

Tax and Cleaning fee of $75 not included  Pets additional charge and security deposit.
