French doors off the living and dining room open onto a flowered
yard and private dock with a gorgeous view. This newly renovated,
beautifully furnished 2 bedroom duplex overlooks the water and the
beautiful, Gulf sunsets. Steps from the house is your own patio and
dock where you can tie up your boat, fish, watch the manatees or just
relax.
The one bedroom side of the duplex is also available this winter and spring.
It features a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the
living room. French doors also openout onto a private deck overlooking the
water and flower and tropical plant garden. The kitchen has been updated
with marble counters and new cabinets and appliances. It sleeps 4.
We are known as pass-a-grillerentals com where we have more information
full calendar and pictures as well as 3 other of our family's unique properties.
Our vacation spot can be perfect for those wanting a peaceful,
relaxing time or for those who desire the activities of John's Pass.
