Vacation Rental Description

Whisper Mtn Chalet sits upon a top of a mtn.3800 feet high.She is 
surrounded by Mtn Views and is nestled in the forest. You will see how God paints a diferent picture 
each morning and night. Wind whispers as the Trees talk.. She has two bedrooms upstairs with queen 
beds. decorated with country cottage & plaids pink. The Second room upstairs..Blues & Amish... it 
also has a romantic deck. A full bath upstairs in roses & Ann Geddes bath babies. 

Downstairs twin beds decorated in whimiscal froggies. 
A full Sunflower bath downstairs, leads out to the romantic hottub 
and sitting deck. The kitchen is fully equipped including a Mtn. 
view while preparing dinner. The livingroom is compy and decorated 
country Amish. Both decks afford enjoyable mtn. views & seclusion. 
We also have a small lake down below in our valley that you may 
enjoy Duck watching or fish at.

The comfort of home..nice clean linens..fully equipped kitchen...
Direct TV and DVD player for movies...Telephone...Air conditioning 
in the bedrooms & fans thru-out the home..Washer & dryer..crock 
pot...cookie sheets...Two decks one for sitting..and solar lights
for the romantic late night hottub massage while being nestled in 
the forest with stars twinkling and the wind whispering. (Swimming 
pool is 5 minutes away)

Activities and Attractions

Whisper Mtn. is secluded yet minutes away to Tsali Mtn. Biking... 
5 minutes away.Fontana Lake & Almond Boat Ramp-Stechoa Valley 
crafts - 8 minutes Bryson City & the Train Station-Nantahala River 
for whitewater rafting- 12 minutes away.-Cherokee & Cherokee Casino 
Maggie Valley.sking in the winter Joyce Kilmer forrest-horseback 
riding-blueberry picking- Approx. 30 minutes away. In the 
neighborhood we have Nature in 
concert .hummingbirds,Fireflys,surrounded by Mountains a small 
lake down below in our valley you can fish with out a licence. The 
best thing is family togeatherness and time to reflect on Gods 
Blessings.(We have access to a pool 5 minutes away...)

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are $600.00 a week, depending Season & amt. of people.   We 
rent year round and keep the hottubs open as well. There is a two 
night limit for those getting away for a weekend. We have a $100.00 
returnable deposit. We chare 10% for the North Carolina taxes.  We are able to rent to large 
families as we have three cabins on the same Mtn. ridge.. they are only 1&2 minutes to 
each other... We are retired and you are our only buisness we work 
hard to satisfy and make your vacation a happy one. Holidays rate $700 for a week. Off season March 
April and early May $550.00 a week
