Spacious 2 Bedroom Condo Rental on the Gulf Side in South Padre Island

This condo is located on the beautiful Bahia Mar Resort property and
is a first floor unit right next to the tropical lagoon that runs
through the resort. The Bahia Mar is located on the beach side of
Padre Blvd. and a short 3 minute walk through the property gets you
to the beach.
The resort has two large swimming pools, a heated jacuzzi and tennis
courts. Enjoy a relaxing meal a the Bahia Grill or when the sun
sets enjoy nightime entertainment at the Las Ventanas Night Club.

The living room is furnished with a futon and rocking chair. The
bedrooms each have two queen size beds, TV, DVD player, chest of
drawers and large closets. Condo is nicely furnished with colorful
nautical paintings.
Full size kitchen is furnished with pots & pans, dishes, utensils,
coffee maker, refrigerator, stove-electric, dishwasher, microwave,
toaster and blender.

Short walk to the beach, windsurfing, tennis, horeback riding,
swimming, sailing, boating, shopping, biking, jet skiing,
restaurants, parasailing, theaters/cinema, snorkeling/diving,
museums,waterskiing,fishing, golf, surfing, dolphin watch,water park.
South Padre Island is a 3 mile strip of beautiful sandy beaches
along the Texas Gulf Coast. The South Padre Island Golf course is
located 20 minutes away and Mexico with its unique shopping a short
45 minutes away. Accross the bridge just 10 minutes away is
historical Port Isabel with unique shops, excellent seafood
restaurants, fishing trips and first class museums.

Rates:
Daily range from 160 to 315 plus tax.
Weekly range from 960 to 1590 plus tax (6 nights+1 free).

CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY:
A refund is given less a $100.00 cancellation fee if 14 days notice
is given prior to arrival day. NO REFUND after the 14 days and NO
REFUND after check in. Cleaning fees apply seasonally.
