Welcome to Piney Point Chalet, a cozy and comfortable triple A-frame 
home in Dillon, Colorado.  Piney Point is a spacious 5 bedroom, 3.5 
bathroom, 3-level home located on ½ acre of whispering pines.  With 
beautiful views, Piney Point Chalet blends the comfort of warm pine 
walls and a tranquil lodge-like atmosphere with all the conveniences 
of home.  Fully equipped, the 3000 square feet large Piney Point 
Chalet will easily handle your group of up to 16.  It is 
perfect for family gatherings, group vacations, or corporate 
retreats.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The home includes an 8 person private hot tub, washer/dryer, 
large screen TV w/ DVD player, 2 cooktops, 2 refrigerators and  2 ovens.  

The spacious main living floor boasts comfortable leather chairs 
beside a new, huge stone wood-burning fireplace to relax after a 
long day on the slopes.  The exceptional views from the living room 
picture windows will inspire you! 

The large, double-appliance kitchen features pine cabinets and a 
large table for gathering.  The kitchen is fully-equipped with two 
refrigerators, 2 stoves and ovens, a dishwasher, trash 
compactor and plenty of counter space (not to mention numerous small 
appliances to make your cooking duties easier).  You'll even find a 
few cookbooks to help with high-altitude cooking.   

Outside the kitchen there is a newly expanded deck with a new gas 
grill for those evenings when you'd like to grill out.  On the deck, 
there is a deluxe 8-person hot tub where all can relax and watch the 
sunset while unwinding after a fun-filled day.

The upper level has 2 bedrooms with a loft and a bathroom, which can 
accommodate six people with ease.  This level offers privacy and 
comfort.  New skylights in the upper level show off some spectacular 
views!

The lower level of Piney Point Chalet is complete with a separate 
entrance into a large ski/utility room where you can deposit your 
equipment.  On this level, you will find a spacious master suite 
with full bath and a king bed.  

There are two additional bedrooms (king and queen beds) and a 
bathroom on this level, and a queen sleeper sofa in the family room.

We can sometimes accommodate a less than minimum night stay depending on surrounding rental schedules.  
However, we do charge a $150 cleaning fee for stays that are less than minimum.  We do not accept 1 night 
rentals.
