Grandma Pearcy's Hilltop Home in North Vernon

Grandma Pearcy's is a quaint country cottage located on 120 acres of
rolling pasture and cropland in rural Westport, Indiana. With no
other guests but your own, you can relax in the privacy
of "Grandma's home".

Guests are invited to rediscover the joy of slowing down and
appreciating the simple things in life at this country retreat such
as strolling along maintained paths to the Wyaloosing creek where
wildlife is abundant. Not only are there many deer trails, but
other wildlife such as beaver, rabbit and numberous birds. Blue
heron have been spotted fishing in this creek.

Originally owned by the Pearcy family, the house has been tastefully
decorated to reflect how "Grandma Pearcy" might have furnished it.
Accommodations will sleep 7 in this recently renovated, two bedroom
home. To compliment the rural farm atmosphere, Grandma Pearcy's
refrigerator is stocked with our farm grown locally processed
sausage and farm fresh eggs. We also offer other freezer pork and
beef and homegrown produce in season.

If you want to go for a "drive" nearby Westport has a covered
bridge, Dairy Queen, park, grocery store and a few restaurants.
Nearby North Vernon, Greensburg and Columbus also offer a variety of
attractions for any age.

For the more adventurous, nearby Greensburg has a skydiving
facility. North Vernon and Madison have state forests and wildlife
areas.

Nearby Columbus, Indiana is the home of world renowned
architecture. They have nationally recognized golf courses and
numerous shopping and dining spots. They also have a new children's
museum.

There are also many antique stores in the area and Stream Cliff Herb
Farm is within driving distance.

For the business guests Honda Manufacturing, Delta and Cummins are within driving distance.

Includes all amenities and farm fresh eggs and sausage in the
fridge. $150 for first night and $75/night for every consecutive
night plus applicable taxes.
