Located 2.5 hours east of Atlanta or 1 hour south of Ashville.

Newly refurbished 2 bedroom/2 bathroom townhome in the popular
destination of Sapphire Valley. This home sits high amongst
the trees and the Horse Pasture River and is a peaceful place to
relax and enjoy life. The living room and master bedroom both have a large terrace
that overlooks the lush vegetation and wildlife.

This home comes complete with a wood burning fireplace,
washer/dryer, ceiling fans, ac/heat, cable t.v., vcr, fully equipped
kitchen with new appliances, and furnishings that will make you feel
at home!

The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2
twin beds. There is also a queen size sleeper couch in the living
room.

The Whyndem Resort community has plenty of activities planned to
keep you and your family busy. Enjoy horseback riding, swimming in
an indoor and 3 outdoor pools w/jacuzzi, putt-putt golf, gem mining,
gameroom, fitness center, movie rentals, boating, and many other
planned activities.

In addition, our home is within 10 miles to many scenic
waterfalls that are breathtaking. Hiking is available for all
levels to enjoy - beginner to advanced. Golf one of the 3 area
local courses.
If canoeing or kayaking is of interest, bring them along with
you as there is a beautiful lake on the property where you can
also enjoy picnicing.


Some winter activities include: snow-skiing,snow-boarding,and snow-
mobiling. We are within an hour to Ashville where you can find the
infamous Biltmore Estate and Cherokee for those who enjoy gaming.

*$700 per week or $2,250 per month, for a family of four.

*$150 per-night for stay of 3 or less
nights, plus $60.00 non-refundable cleaning deposit.

*Ask for pricing for parties of six.

$200 security deposit to be returned upon final walk-
through/cleaning.

1/2 payment plus security deposit due upon reservation.
The final 1/2 payment is due 2 weeks upon arrival.
Cancellations: If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival 1/2 payment
will be returned. If cancelled within 30 days to arrival, non
refundable.
