Vacation Rental Description

This a 2 story home across the street from the ocean. It is on the north end of Vero Beach and south 
of Sebastian. What is remarkable is the owner has given a lot of care to every detail including a 
manicured landscape.
There is cable, internet, and a Brinks security system.
Remotes for all ceiling lights and fans
Spotless 1 car garage.
Out door shower
Generator as well as hurricane shutters
Sliders out of every room which lead to a wrap around porch.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This is such a great location because it is across from the beach, near the Disney Resort that has 2 
fine restaurants or you can go upstairs for a drink and watch the sun set.  If you go north or south 
there are many choices for dining.

Activities and Attractions

Deeded private beach access allows swimming, fishing, treasure hunting, dolphin, manatee and turtle 
watching, let alone the peace you will find there. Wabasso Beach is across the street and therefore 
there is a life guard on duty.  There is surfing and a deli where you can pick up a sandwich or a 
soda.

Vacation Rental Rates

    This will be considered as one unit now and will at least sleep 8 people.  During the summer the 
rate is 1500 dollars, November, December, April, and May, 2000 dollars.  During the prime season the 
rate will be $3000 dollars.
