Fisherman's Village is a small condominium resort in Playacar Phase
I, just a short 10 minute walk to the charming town of Playa del
Carmen. There are just 65 units, so you will not feel like you are
in a giant all-inclusive resort yet Fisherman's Village does offer
some of the wonderful amenities offered by some of these Mega
resorts.

You will check-in at a real front desk, which is staffed 24 hours a
day. There is a bellman to help you with your luggage. You will
have a concierge ready to help you set up tours or any other
activities you wish to do while visiting Playa del Carmen.

Fisherman's Village offers guests free use of bicycles, boogie
boards, kayaks and snorkel gear. They offer towel service at the
pool and waitresses can bring you drinks while you lounge in a
hammocks or under an umbrella. The resort offers guests a fitness
center, an oceanfront spa to get a facial, massage or manicure, a
full service restaurant, swim-up pool bar and a lobby bar.

This condo is a one-of-a-kind unit in Playa del Carmen! It is the only 4-bedroom unit in the entire complex. With amazing ocean views from every angle of the unit!

Each bedroom has an in suite bathroom along with an additional half bath near the living room. The two master bedrooms each have a king bed and additional seating areas. The two additional guest bedrooms each have a queen bed.

Ceiling fans in each room and throughout the condo, the condo also has A/C, marble floors imported from Italy, slab marble countertops and stainless steel kitchen appliances.

Fisherman's Village offers it's guests an optional all inclusive
plan. For $42/ pp per day you will receive 2 meals and unlimited
alcholic and non-alcholic beverages. You can choose to do it one
day and not the next, it lets you decide.

This Playa del Carmen penthouse is represented by Ocean Summit
Travel, a licensed agency located in Boulder, CO. We are part of
the Better Business Bureau and accept Visa, MC and Amex. We can
offer you other size units in Fisherman's Village also or other
homes, condos or villas in Playa del Carmen should this particular
property not be quite right for you.

• My friends and I recently stayed at Fishermen's Village in Playacar, Mexico. We were very impressed by the friendly, attentive hospitality during our one week stay.The pool area offered all the amenities you would expect from a 5 star hotel,but with the charm and peacefulness you would expect from a smaller hotel. The suites were very large by any standard and we especially liked the privacy, each bedroom had a private entrance and bathroom.l also liked the marble floors. The hotel restaurant offers an optional all inclusive food and beverage plan.It can be purchased for as many days as you require, good idea if you planning daily excursions. Fishermen's location is a 15 minute walk from popular 5th ave or 5 minute walk from the Cozumel ferry. Great Location.Great Time.Great Value I highly recommend it.
  The condo was very nice, the housekeeping was done well, the view was wonderful from both levels, and the bed was very comfortable.

  We really enjoyed the place. Great view of the ocean and a pretty nice beach for swimming. The other guests were great. Met some really cool people from England and Nova Scotia. We are planning to return this March and hang out with some of our new friends. The location of Fishermen's is perfect. Far enough away from Playa to be a nice quiet neighborhood and close enough to walk if you want. The staff of the resort were great. Friendly and helpful. The option to eat in the restaurant is a really nice amenity. Not many resorts that small have that good a restaurant.
