Vacation Rental Description
This cozy cottage is across the street from the lake and quite
adorable. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths,a garden themed sitting room
w/futon,fully equipped kitchen,dining room,living room with stone
fireplace w/pellet stove insert,skylights, a charming
screened/windowed sun room,a spacious deck with furniture for
entertaining, a canoe for tenants use with signed waiver. Also
available for tenants use is a cot, a portable crib,
high chair & an assortment of children's toys and games. Our cuddle
up cottage is walking distance to the beach & tennis courts. It has a
lovely front yard with a swing, bench, and two arbors. It also has a
circular driveway for easy in and out.
Sorry, but no smoking and no pets allowed.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, electric
griddle, espresso/cappucino maker, blender, dishes, silverware, and
cooking utensils, and many
extras you might use for cooking. It has a stereo
with a cassette player and a 3CD player,a large assortment of CD's, 3
color televisions,2 VCR's,1 DVD
player,cable TV,and a large assortment of movies.

propane heater,electric heat,and fireplace with pellet stove
insert,gas grill,charcoal grill,canoe with paddles and life vests for
adults and children, beach umbrella, beach mats, beach chair.

Clubhouse for year round social activities, 2 lakes for fishing,
boating and swimming, 3 swimming pools,(1 heated)4 beaches,picnic
areas, playgrounds,tennis courts.
Nearby: dining,outlet and antique shopping,flea markets,horseback
riding, golf courses,ski slopes,white water rafting,water park,
Pocono raceway.
Arrowhead lake is a gated community with 24 hour security.

Weekend $350.00
Weekly $650.00 $650.00
Arrowhead Lake community requires renters (over the age of 6) to
purchase amenity badges only during the Summer Season (Memorial Day
weekend through Labor Day weekend) for use of the pool, beaches and
lake. Weekly badges are $25.00 per person and Daily badges are $7.50
per person per day.
Gate pass must be purchased for $25.00 per vehicle in order to
access the community.
Extra night add $100.
Holiday weekends add $100.00
Weekly rentals- Saturday to Saturday
Weekend rentals- Friday to Sunday (2 nights)
Check in at 3PM
Check out at 11AM
Only Weekly rentals in June, July, August.
Cleaning Fee of $60.00 is required for weekly stays.
A security deposit of $200.00 is also required for weekly stays.
