ocean vista from the terrace. On the best swimming beach
(parasailing, snorkling, boating, water skiing, etc.) with private
swimming pool, outdoor BBQ area, indoor parking, gated with entrance
to the beach. A block away from the El San Juan (share the beach),
Wyndham and Ritz Carlton Hotels and Casinos. Kitchen fully equipped
with W/D, microwave, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, juicer. Ceiling
fans, A/C, Cable TV, DVD, CD, phone answering machine, beach chairs,
towels, all linens and more. All new rattan furniture. 5 minutes
from
the SJU Airport, 20-minute bus
ride to Old San Juan for 25 cents! Easy daytrip to the rain forests.
Walk along the Avenida Isla Verde and visit the shops and dozens of
restaurants offering varied delicious cuisines. $150 per night. $300
Refundable Security deposit, $40 cash for cleaner upon departure.
vacation rental rates
$135 is sometimes a minimun during May or September and October for one or two guests.
$135 to $200 a night is for June, July or August, October and November for 4 or less guests. For 5 or 6 guests the rate can be $200 to $235.
$150 to $225 is for "High Season" based on number of guests. High season is Jan thru April
.
$250 is for the Christmas and New Year's Holiday.
We are flexible based on the guests particular situations.
