$135 is sometimes a minimun during May or September and October.

$150 a night is for June, July or August, October and November for 4 or less guests. For 5 or 6 guests the rate can be $200 to $235.

$200 to $225 is for "High Season." That is, Jan through April.

$275 is for the Christmas and New Year's Holiday.
