Rates for Vacation Rental Stays (Minimum 2 Days)
$125 per night
$750 per week
Stays of less than 30 days subject to 10% municipal tax. Rates
are based upon 2 adults. Each additional person pays $15 more
per day or $50 more per week. There also is a $60 cleaning fee
per visit, and a refundable security deposit charged.

Rates for Extended Stay Guests (Minimum 30 Days)
$1,500 per month for 1 person
$1,650 per month for 2 people
$1,800 per month for 3 or 4 people
Stays of more than 30 Days are not subject to 10% municipal tax
or cleaning fee, however, a security deposit still is required.
