Vacation Rental Description

New in 2005, fully furnished duplex located in 
near Battery Point Lighthouse. Walk to some of the area's finest 
restaurants, galleries and shops or stroll along Pebble Beach 
Drive.

Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a luxury home for less 
than the cost of a hotel room.

We are located at Third & B Streets, just two blocks from the 
beach. It is a short walk 
to the County Courthouse and downtown Crescent City, and just 
a few minutes drive to 
Sutter Coast Hospital.

Del Norte County and the Crescent City area offer a multitude 
of things to do. Outdoor activities include sailing, kayaking, 
beachcombing, Walking in the 
Redwood Forest, Birdwatching, 
Fishing, Surfing. Stroll along Pebble Beach Drive or the public 
pier to enjoy beautiful 
sunsets.

Downtown has many great shops and galleries and hosts many 
annual events.

There is a wonderful aquarium in town and Redwood National 
Park surrounds the area.
World-class fishing on the Smith and Klamath Rivers. Jet boat 
tours and much more.

Indoor activities include gaming at Elk Valley Casino, billiards, 
bowling, movies and live 
theatre, music venues, spas, and, of course, shopping.

The area has some great restaurants, many serving the freshest 
local seafood.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates for Vacation Rental Stays (Minimum 2 Days)
$125 per night 
$750 per week
Stays of less than 30 days subject to 10% municipal tax. Rates 
are based upon 2 adults. Each additional person pays $15 more 
per day or $50 more per week. There also is a $60 cleaning fee 
per visit, and a refundable security deposit charged.

Rates for Extended Stay Guests (Minimum 30 Days)
$1,500 per month for 1 person
$1,650 per month for 2 people
$1,800 per month for 3 or 4 people
Stays of more than 30 Days are not subject to 10% municipal tax 
or cleaning fee, however, a security deposit still is required.
