Vacation Rental Description

This is my ocean getaway.  This condo has just been completely 
remodeled and updated.  The kitchen, livingroom, and both bedrooms 
have terrific views of the ocean.  The kitchen has a dishwasher, 
oven, microwave and coffeemaker.  There are plenty of dishes, 
utensils, pots and pans if you decide to eat in.  Both bedrooms have 
king sized beds, dressers, closets and televisions.  There are 2 
couches in the living room, as well as another television and DVD 
player with movies.  A washer and dryer are provided for all of your 
beach towels!  Plenty of games and puzzles for when the sun goes 
down.  Relax on the balcony and listen to the peaceful roar of the 
ocean waves!

Vacation Rental Amenities

There is a beautiful swimming pool in which you can cool off before 
or after swimming in the ocean.  Two elevators are available for 
transporting you to the fourth floor.  Beware of all the friendly 
people you will encounter!  There is a wide variety of ages of 
people in the Sandcastle building, ranging from children to those in 
their golden years.

Anything you can think of in an ocean paradise.

Vacation Rental Rates

January, Februay, March and April rates are $2,200 a month.

May through December rates are $1,900 a month.  

Terms are for a month and multi-month will be negotiable.

There is an additional $250 non-refundable fee for cleaning upon 
departure.
