Our family stayed at this huge home Feb 20th and had a great time. The kayaks were great and the location was even better. In minutes we were able to get to the private Cabana Club with a great pool and beach. The downstairs bedrooms were small but the kids didn't mind. Our upstairs bedrooms were large and comfortable.We had sufficient seating on the leather sectional along with several chairs. We are looking forward to coming back .

best rental ever

We had 6 girls who stayed at this getaway Feb 27. The area had allot of amenities as some of the gals went golfing and others walked to the real nice private clubs pool and beach at the end of the street . At night we enjoyed walking to the Cabana Breezes and watching the sun go down listening to local entertainers. We loved the 1/2 price appetizers there and at Sparkys .The kayaks were added at no charge so we had fun exploring the bay. This is a great location with the beach,restaurants and park all within walking distance. .We come back every year and this year they added a nice leather sectional . We are looking forward to coming back again next year .

Grossly misrepresented

This property was not accurately described. It is not a million not home, either literally or figuratively. The pictures are extremely selective and not representative of the entire home. When we arrived the home was dirty (e.g. not vacuumed, dirty tabletops and bedside tables, roaches, dirty socks under the beds, etc.) and not well maintained (dust 1/4 inch think on crown moldings, ripped out screens, walls are filthy, ceiling is falling apart in several areas, furniture is stained and dirty, most furniture is dated and many pieces are falling apart). Calls to the manager resulted in zero resolution and no refund of cleaning fee or other compensation. I would NOT recommend this property to a friend or an enemy. Use EXTREME caution before renting this property or dealing with this manager (he manages several other properties in the area). We have happily rented vacation properties in the past and this home was a big disappointment.
