Damage deposit $500 
Cleaning fee  $75 (Standard 3 hour cleaning) 
Full payment required to reserve condo.  References requested. 
Full refund with 60 days advance written notice, 
One half refund with 30-59 days written notice. 
Less than 30 days notice, no refund.
