Remainder + $500 Security Deposit + 10% Sales Tax Due upon arrival.
There is a $100 non-negotiable cleaning fee.
Pet Policy: Dogs Only (security deposit will increase)

Cancellation Policy: From rental date, 2 months = 20%, 1 month = 40%,
less = no refund.
