Vacation Rental Description

located on the 3rd floor of a 4 story condo. Your Master Bedroom is outfitted with a King size bed 
for maximum comfort.  The second bedroom is for an occasional guest.  It has a standard bed on the 
bottom and a twin bunk on top.  Ideal for grandchildren.  The living room also has a sofa that will 
open to a Queen size bed.  You can have breakfast in your kitchen nook and overlook a lake.  You can 
also be on the lanai and enjoy a quiet preserve view.  Additionally, you have a nice dining table 
for a more formal setting. 

You have two wonderful views. From your screened lanai you can relax 
and enjoy the award-winning nature preserve.  From your kitchen, you 
can enjoy a lake view.  

This condo is furnished with everything needed for your enjoyment 
including Cable TV, local phone service, wireless internet, washer/dryer, linens, 
dishes, etc.  Just bring your clothes and you are set to go.

There is lighted, covered parking with a spot reserved for you.  An 
elevator gives you a choice of stairs or elevator when bringing home 
groceries and the like.

You will love the fact that you are a short walk to the town center and all the fantastic activities 
that are planned to make your stay most memorable. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Pelican Preserve is a premier 55 plus community that is loaded with 
every amenity possible including a 27 hole golf course designed by 
Chip Powell, resort style outdoor pool with jacuzzi on the deck, an 
indoor lap pool, indoor walking track, fully loaded exercise 
facility with free exercise classes for you to enjoy, free movies in 
a theatre with great leather seats, an upscale dining site at 
Destinations restaurant, social events, tennis on 6 har tru courts, 
a fishing pier, walking trails, a beautiful new butterfly garden and 
more. You have a brand new SweetBay Super Market just a mile from 
the gates so that you are always close to food and other shopping. 

Activities and Attractions

If you want to venture away from Pelican Preserve, you can plan a 
day at one of the beaches in the area including Sanibel, Fort Myers 
Beach, Lovers Key to name a few.  The shopping opportunities are 
boundless with Bell Tower , Miromar Outlet Mall, Gulf Coast Center, 
and the new Coconut Point Mall within an easy drive.  You can also 
enjoy a class act event at the Barbara Mann Performing Arts.  Or 
perhaps you would like to catch a baseball game.  Fort Myers is home 
to the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins Spring Training.  If you 
enjoy hockey, the Florida Everblades are a short ride away and are 
fun to watch.  Restaurants are everywhere and offer so many dining 
choices.  You will also be close to the airport and I75. This can be 
a great convenience to you and your guests. 

Vacation Rental Rates

January-March-------$3,000 per month
April-May-----------$2,600 per month
November-December---$2,800 per month

PLEASE NOTE: There is an 11% tax when rentals are for less than 6 
months. Pelican Preserve has a $100 fee payable to the homeowners 
association and a $100 transfer fee to use all of the amenities such 
as exercise facility, pools, tennis, free movies and the like during 
a stay.

There is a refundable $700 security deposit and $300 refundable pet 
deposit if you have a pet and no damage has occurred.   There is 
also an $85 departure cleaning fee
