Vacation Rental Description

Home built in the 1930's renovated for the comfort of 
vacationers, and temporary visitors. One large bedroom with 
queen size bed, sitting area and outside entry.  Another bedroom 
with double bed. Seperate dining area with outside entry to the deck 
area, plus a pleasant living room area.  Business center with desk 
and sitting area if needed to meet clients for the working 
vacationer. Kitchen is small but quaint with out side entry to deck 
area. Approximatley 600 square feet of deck to enjoy lounging in the 
fresh air, or outside eating breakfast lunch or dinner.  Along with 
a beautiful yard to enjoy all four seasons.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Sleeps 2 - 6 Queen bed, Double Bed and 2 hide-a-beds for comfortable 
sleeping, with all the needed linens.  Bath linens and hair dryer. 
Full kitchen microwave and dishwasher with all the appliances, 
linens and essentials for fixing fancy meals to a quick snack. BBQ 
for outdoors cooking. Business center with fax, printer/copier. 
Cable TV pay per view available, VCR/DVD we have movies or bring 
your own.  

Activities and Attractions

Live Theatre, Local Holiday Events, Mountain Biking, Hiking.  Many 
close lakes or rivers for fishing, boating and swimming.  Guide 
fishing can be arranged.  Many historical sites of the gold mining 
days to visit.  Perfect location for weddings or family reunions.  
Locally we have day spas, body gyms, gymnastics, yoga just to 
mention a few of our personal activites available. 

Vacation Rental Rates

$170.00 per night 2 night minimum, $725/week
 
Plus 10% City Tax (No tax when renting for more than 30 days) 

As Low as $2,150.00 per month

$75.00 cleaning fee over two week stay
