offers sunny days of lounging by the pool, tennis, hiking on the 
mountains or in the nature preserves, biking everywhere, swimming, 
spa facilities, gambling, world-class and outlet shopping, night-
clubbing, natural oasis in the Indian Canyons in the south part of 
Palm Springs, and even cross-country skiing and snow at the top of 
the tram in winter.  Joshua Tree National Park, with its breath-
taking rock formations, is a short ride away.   

The Desert Art Museum is within and easy walk of the condo, and the 
desert area pulls in top entertainers at the McCallum Theater in 
nearby Palm Desert and in the local casinos.  In January of each 
year, movie buffs from all over the country come to the dynamic and 
exciting Palm Springs International Film Festival to view full-
length films by independent film makers from around the world.  In 
March, the Pacific Life Open at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden draws 
the top-ranked tennis players in the world for 2 weeks.  And if you 
are an architecture fan, Palm Springs is one of the best places in 
the United States to view buildings designed in the mid-century or
