blocks away. Also 30th street beach is a guarded beach for the  
family.

Vacation Rental Rates

Thanks for a great rental season 2008. I will be listing 2009 rates in September. The rental  
property is well maintained and a great place to spend a vacation. 
 
If interested for the 2009 season, inquire early for your choice of weeks.

A $250 Security deposit is required in order to reserve your week. 
Upon receipt of your deposit, a lease will be mailed to you.  
At that time 1/2 of the payment is due within 14 days. The balance  
would be due 30 days prior to occupancy. It is important to return  
your lease ASAP to reserve your week. If we do not receive your  
signed lease and payment, we can not reserve your week. Your  
deposit then becomes your security deposit and you can expect your  
deposit returned within 14 days after departure.
