Upon receipt of your deposit, a lease will be mailed to you.
At that time 1/3 of the payment is due within 14 days. The remaining
balance will be in 2 installments It is important to return
your lease ASAP to reserve your week. If we do not receive your
signed lease and payment, we can not reserve your week. Your
deposit then becomes your security deposit and you can expect your
deposit returned within 10 days after departure,if there is no
excessive cleaning needed.
