Daily (Friday & Saturday) $150.00 (Two Day Minimum) 
 
Weekly $700.00 
 
~Three Day Minimum for Holiday Weekends & Harley Week. 
$175.00 per day/ $850.00 weekly 
 
Monthly $1250.00 (3 month minimum) Utilities covered up to $150.00(October-March) 
Monthly $1350.00 For 1 to 2 Months  
Monthly $1400.00 Utilities covered up to $150.00 (April-September) 
 
Once you have booked this house the deposit and half of the rental  
amount must be paid,and the remaining before arrival  
unless discussed otherwise. 
 
Cleaning fee $75.00 (required and non-refundable) 
 
Refundable Security/Reservation Deposit of $400.00  
 
NO SMOKING/NO PETS/TREAT THIS AS YOUR HOME!!!!! NO EXCEPTIONS 
 
Cancellation Policy: 
2 to 4 month rental 90 day notice 
1 to 2 month rental 45 day notice 
Daily or weekly rental 14 day notice
