development a short distance from miles of white sandy beaches on
this beautiful upmarket island.
Build in late 2004, condo has 3 bedrooms, large open plan
Kitchen/lounge area, separate laundry room, garage and own external
parking area.
Master Bedroom with king size bed has large ensuite with double
sink, corner bath, walk in shower and separate walk in closet area.
2nd bedroom with queen bed & bedroom 3 has twin beds.
The Condo is finished to a very high standard and is well located
(walking distance )for restaurants fine and casual, shops including
Publix supermarket and the many sporting attractions this holiday
island has to offer.
Condo comes fully equipped and its large lanai area overlooks pool
area with jacuzzi and large gas barbeque area with outdoor fridge.
Has its own private ground level entrance and a spacious garage.
