Vacation Rental Description

Sunset Villa sits in Telchac Puerto Yucatán by the Gulf Coast of  
México in a quite and friendly fishermans town, 45 minutes from  
the Colonial city if Merida, Yucatán. 
 
What we are offering you during your stay with us is a memorable  
trip, where the blessings of a lifestyle in a constantly changing  
environment afford a communion with Mother Nature that both  
stimulates the body and nurturs  the soul !!!! 
The ocean is very safe and with warm water for swimming and  
snorkeling all year long and breeze keeps the house cool all the time 
( sometimes with the help of the ceilingfans!!).   
You can take a walk while  you watch the sunset or the stars at  
nigtht in miles and miles of white sand . 
Surrounded by coconut trees in an ocean & beach  front house fully  
furnished with celing fans( no A.C.),Pool, and beachview from every  
room with large windows , you have in the main house: Upstairs 2  
bedrooms, one w kingsize bed, bathrom the other w 2 doblebeds.  
Downstairs you find the  Kitchen equipped with fridge, stove w  
oven,  microvave, cooking utensils, toaster, blender, coffee maker,  
dishware, glassware, cookware, silverware, linnen & towels. 
 Diningroom, family room w TV, one bathroom, and a beautiful terrace  
w built in sofas and  a table   that can be used day and night with  
a gorgeous view and breeze to enjoy the spectacular sunsets of every  
day. 
Handicap in Wheelchair facilities, we have ramps. 
For more privacy we have: two spacious  and confortable  bungallows  
with 2 double beds, bathroom and terrace  Another  room joined to  
one of the bugalows  with 2 single beds and bathroom.

The caretaker can arrange fishingtrips, or take you to the main  
plaza with a tiny  “market”mercado, that sells fresh fuit,  
vegatables & meat or to a little store for the basics, tortilleria,  
bakery and liquor store, or sea food and yucatecan food   
restaurants, internet cafe. 
 
Your day will be busy, sun bathing, swimming, reading, walking,  
nature watching( birds, butterflies, crabs, turtles, lizards )  
relaxing, seashelling, snorkelling going to the local harbor, mayan  
pyramidss of  X-Cambo ( 10 minutes).  Dzemul flamingo sanctuary and  
mayan village ( 10 minutes).   Dzilam de Bravo, boat trip to an  
ecological reserve  ( 20 minutes). Dzibichaltún museum of mayan  
culture and deep underground water reservoir (cenote) ( less than 1  
hour).  Mayan Pyramids of Chichenitza and Uxmal with light and sound  
show in the afternoon ( less than 2 hours) Pyramids of Oxkintik with  
the famous mayan labyrinth,. Natural areas like the  Grutas or  
Caverns of Loltún, Balankanchén, Calcehtok ( less than 2 hours).   
Colonial sites as Tecoh, Maní, Oxcutzcab ( less than 2 hours). 
Having a car will make your stay more enjoyable.

September, October, November $ 850.00 U.S.D. a week or $ 2250.00USD  
per month 
December to June $ 900.00 U.S.D a week or  $ 2,750.00 U.S.D. per  
month 
Holy week & Eastern Vacations $ 1,900.00 U.S.D. a week  
 X-mas week & New year week $ 1,950.00 U.S.D each one 
July & August  $ 1,950.00 U.S.D. a week  
The house is cleaned twice a week included in the rental rate. 
If you let us know in advance we can provide you with a cook for 
$ 150.00 U.S.D a week. 
Fully refundable deposit required for phone. 
The rental deposit is not refundable.
