Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful oceanfront condo with all new furnishings is located in
Surf Club II directly on the Atlantic Ocean.  This is a new unit,
which was finished in October 2003.  There is tropical and manicured
landscaping in this gated complex, which has 24-hour security and
underground parking.  Our condo is on the 3rd floor and you will enjoy
spectacular ocean views from the living and dining rooms, kitchen and
master bedroom.

Our condo features a carpeted master bedroom with a king bed and a
picture window view of the ocean, color TV and DVD/VCR player, large
private bath with a double vanity, separate tub and shower, large
walk-in closet and a second smaller closet, the second bedroom has a
queen-sized bed, color TV with VCR player, and the den is set up as a
bedroom with two twin beds and a color TV and VCR player.  

The living room is furnished with a very comfy sofa and loveseat, a
color TV and DVD/VCR player.   The glass-topped dining table seats six
comfortably.  The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully
equipped with all cookware and tableware, including dishwasher,
microwave, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. Included in
the condo are all linens, towels and a washer and dryer.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

This gated complex offers two large swimming pools, outdoor gas grill
and pool patio area with tables and chairs, a white beach sand play
area at the side of one pool, a hot tub, clubhouse with reading room
and 3 walkways to the beach.  The complex also has access to 6 tennis
courts (2 lighted for night play), shuffleboard courts, a volleyball
court, a complete fitness center with weights, treadmill and TV, an
Intercoastal boathouse with day docks and fishing pier and over 150
acres of nature preserve and walking/biking trails.

Activities and Attractions

Water activities such as surfing, sail boarding, jet skiing, boating,
kayaking, fishing or just enjoying the unique coquina beach are all
available.  If you love golf, there are numerous golf courses nearby,
including Ocean Hammock Golf Club.  The World Golf Village and PGA
Hall of Fame are only forty-five minutes away.  Just a few minutes
away is the state park of Washington Oaks and its botanical gardens,
and the historic Fort Matanzas site with guided tours and a drive-on
beach are also within minutes of our condo.  Many great restaurants
are also in the vicinity (we have menus of some of our favorites in
the condo).  

Marineland, with its fascinating marine life and exhibits, is one mile
north. St. Augustine, with its historic sites, shops, restaurants and
galleries, is twenty minutes to the north and famous Daytona Beach is
thirty minutes to the south.  The entertainment attractions of
Universal, Epcot and Disney World in Orlando are only ninety minutes
away.  Major airports are also nearby in St. Augustine, Daytona,
Jacksonville and Orlando.

$1200-$2500 per month (minimum rental is one month)
