of secluded and luxurious homes - just 10 minutes from Disney, 2 
minutes from the I-4 and minutes from fabulous golf courses,  
including Champions Gate.  
 
SEATING AREAS 
The Family Room with its sumptuous sofas and comfy armchairs is ideal 
to relax in during the day or evening.  There is plenty of 
entertainment for all with large screen cable TV, surround sound, DVD 
and VCR, a Stereo Hi-Fi plus plenty books, cds, games, etc.  
 
The luxurious 'Formal' lounge is ideal for entertaining, after dinner 
drinks or conversation or just to get away from it all and relax with 
one of the many book available.   
 
The spacious Den is a great place for kids or adults to enjoy, with a 
27-inch TV, DVD and VCR Player, PS2 games console, Computer with FREE 
high-speed internet access, plus plenty of DVD's, board and card 
games, skill games and jigsaw puzzles.  The Den has a duel purpose as 
the luxurious sectional sofa can be converted to a Queen-size sleeper 
as required.   
 
POOLSIDE 
A fabulous SOUTH-FACING sun-drenched extended pool deck with terrace 
and comfortable deck furnishings, surrounds a sparkling-clear 30 x 15 
ft. pool with optional heating. A range of security features ensures  
safety for young children. Whilst 7 person Hot Tub/Spa with 28 
different jets is ideal to relax in after an action packed day. 
 
GAMES ROOM 
Enjoy the 'games room' with a pool table, foosball game table,  
electronic darts board and air hockey table or watch the competition 
whilst sipping a drink at the bistro table. 
 
DINING 
Prepare a family feast or a quick snack in our fully equipped  
kitchen  
or choose to eat at either the Nook with 6 seater cottage style  
table, Dining room with a magnificent 8 seater table with overhead 
chandelier or al-fresco by the pool or make use of the gaz BBQ. If

prefer someone else to do the work - why not eat out at one of the 
many restaurants and eateries just a couple of minutes away at 
Champions Gate. 
 
SLEEPING 
Sleeping at Treasure Trove is as comforting as can be, with a grand  
Four-Poster sleep-soft King-size bed in the Master Bedroom, a  
mirrored dresser, armoire with 27-inch TV and VCR, chaise longue, 
bed-bench, huge walk in closet, telephone and a clock/radio alarm 
adds a touch of luxury. Enjoy bathing in the magnificent Master 
Bathroom with luxury fittings, his 'n' hers mirrored raised vanity 
basins, a roman tub, step-in shower and toilet. 
  
The second Master Bedroom boasts a King-size bed and a third Master 
Bedroom on the ground floor a Queen bed. Each have dresser,  
clock/radio/alarm, telephone, walk-in closet space and a Master

Two Twin Bedrooms are perfect for adults or kids, each with full

minutes from the I-4, the main arterial highway for most  
destinations. Also it is approximately 10 minutes from Celebration  
with more golfing plus Davis Cup Tennis Courts and Disney is just 10  
minutes drive. 
 
Amply shopping malls, many off the I-4, are nearby for designer 
clothes, gifts and other treats.

Treasure Trove's tranquil setting offers privacy for a relaxing  
holiday but within easy reach of a range of activities.  Disney  
World, Epcot, Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet & Wild, Gatorland

much more.

Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge is a bird watcher's paradise –  
observe herons, grebe, ibis, anhingas and many other birds. For  
walkers, there are also two memorable trails - the Cypress Swamp  
Boardwalk and the Marsh Trail.  
 
The 248-acre Orange County park, built around one of the Apopka  
area’s crystal clear springs and is fun to ride down the stream in  
an  
inner tube or on a float. Kids, and lots of grown-ups, jump into the  
headwaters by the dozens and bob and splash their way downstream for  
about a mile. The trip takes about 25 minutes at a leisurely float.  
There are exits from the river along the way and an excellently  
maintained network of boardwalks (with flooring designed to protect  
the barefooted) let you carry your tube back to the beginning for  
another go.
