Vacation Rental Description

This townhome is a beautifully kept townhome only steps from the 
gorgeous beaches of Jupiter.  There is a one car garage and 
driveway right at the entrance to the home, which is located 
adjacent to the community pool and jacuzzi.

There are 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms in this newly remodeled home 
that we wish to share with you.  Great size Master Bedroom has 
vaulted celings, extra large shower and convenient walk in-closet. 
We 
have recently added high speed internet access so you can keep in 
touch with everyone easily. Its location puts it at less than a 5 
minute walk to the beach, and a few steps to the beautiful resort 
style pool area.  In addition, it is located only 20 minutes from 
the 
West Palm Beach International Airport.

We fell in love with Sea Colony after visiting Jupiter a few times 
and were fortunate enough to find this home. It is a beautifully 
kept townhome in such an ideal location near the beach, restaurants, 
Juno Pier, and shopping.

Activities and Attractions

This townhome has the amenities of a beautiful resort including the 
pool area and proximity to the beach.  You can take sunset strolls 
on 
the walkway along the beach located only steps from the front door.  
If you enjoy fishing, the Juno Beach pier is only a 10 minute walk 
from Sea Colony.  

There are restaurants, movie theatres, and shopping within 5 minutes 
from Sea Colony, and the Palm Beach Gardens Mall is only 8 minutes 
away.

Vacation Rental Rates

This townhome is available on a monthly basis during the off season, 
with a 2 month minimum during the season.  The season runs from 
January through March.

                    
May - November 2008       $2200/month plus electric over $100
December 2008             $3000/month plus electric over $100
January-March 2009        $4250/month plus electric over $100

There is a $100 application fee for the condo association, a $100 
exit cleaning fee, a $1000 security deposit, and all applicable 
Florida taxes.
