Palm Villa lies on a quiet cul-de-sac in Punta Gorda Isles, an
exclusive boating community on Charlotte Harbor on the Gulf of
Mexico

At the edge of the large kidney-shaped swimming pool (with multi coored underwater lighting)is your
own
private boat dock, from which you can fish, watch the stunning
sunsets , or maybe rent a boat and explore the miles of waterways of
Punta Gorda or head down to the nearby gulf islands of Boca Grande,
Sanibel and Captiva.

Just a couple of minutes away by car or boat is famous Fisherman's
Village, a complex of restaurants and shops on the water overlooking
sparkling Charlotte Habor. Dolphins,giant rays & the occasional
manatee are spotted here.

The house comfortably sleeps 2-7 people in air conditioned comfort.

The master suite has its own bathroom with walk-in shower, and
sliders open directly onto the pool area and boat dock.
The two other bedrooms share 2 bathrooms between them.

The open plan lounge with TV, stereo, and DVD opens directly into
the
pool area and lanai with gas grill/bbq, seating for 8 and fans for
hot
evenings.

For small children there is an outside play area with swings, slide,
and climbing frame. For bigger children there is table football and
Air Hockey.

Outside the house is surrounded by lush palms, avocado and orange
trees.
A double garage with remote is available for keeping your car cool.

Punta Gorda is a ideal spot for exploring this quiet, laid back part
of Florida , either by car or boat.

Numerous golf courses are nearby, and for fisherman the
possibilities
are endless.

Rent a boat and explore the miles of canals or the Gulf islands, ,
or
take a sunset cruise in Charlotte Harbor.
Shopping Malls and supermarkets a just a few minutes drive.

Punta Gorda has it's own small beach, Charlotte Harbor has a beach
complex with pool and tennis courts, and a short drive will bring
you
to the fantastic beaches of Boca Grande.
