The house comfortably sleeps 2-7 people in air conditioned comfort.
The master suite (King sized poster bed)has its own bathroom with walk-in shower, and tinted glass
sliders open directly onto the pool area and boat dock.
The East wing of the house has two further bedrooms (one Queen, two twin beds) and a further bathroom.
The open plan lounge with TV, stereo, and DVD opens directly into
the
pool area , bar, and lanai with gas grill/bbq, seating for 8 and fans for
hot
evenings.
Outside the house is surrounded by lush palms, avocado and orange
trees.
A double garage with remote is available for keeping your car cool.

of Florida , either by car or boat.

Shopping Malls and supermarkets a just a few minutes drive.
Punta Gorda has it's own small beach, Charlotte Harbor has a beach
