Cozy Cedar Log Home on 2.5 secluded acres on a quite dead end street.
Living room has cathedral ceiling with a handsome fieldstone working fireplace.
Three comfortable bedrooms sleeps six, and the loft has a futon which sleeps two.
Large country kitchen with dining area.
Two Bedrooms down stairs, with full bathroom shower tub. Master Bedroom and loft have full bath with 
shower.
Newer furnishings and appliances in this tastefully decorated and well kept four year old home.
Cats and Dogs are welcome.
No Smoking allowed inside the Barrett Log Cabin

Vacation Rental Amenities

Granite counter tops in kitchen and Bathrooms.
Dishwasher, Microwave, Electric stove-oven, and coffee maker. 
Washing machine and dryer in basement.
Satellite Television in Master Bed Room and Living Room.

One mile from Hadley Point Beach which has the most spectacular sunsets on the island.
One half mile walk to rt. 3 and Island  Explorer Bus which is free transportation throughout the 
island and park.
Six miles to Acadia National Park entrance.
Eight miles to the town of Bar Harbor, which has fine dining, whale watching tours,  kayak tours, 
sailboat 
tours, bike rentals, shopping and much more.
Close to boat launches.

Vacation Rental Rates

May  and October $1200. Per week. Week of May 31 2008 25% Discount
June $1500. Per week September $1500. Per week. Weeks of June 7th and June 14th, 25% Discount
July and August $1800. Per week
November and December $1000. per week

     The rate that applies to the Barrett Log Home is the rental rate for the month in which the 
first day of the rental begins.  Security Deposit of $500.

Check in 2 P.M. Saturday Check out 10 A. M. the following Saturday
