This house is Located right at the Grand Haven Channel! With 150' of 
association frontage just North of the North pier.This house has 3 
levels and has a panoromic view of the Gold coast. It has 2 complete 
kitchens,4 baths ,and can sleep up to 12 people.With wraparound 
decks on two levels it has plenty of room outside to enjoy the sunny 
days and incredible sunsets. Watch the big ships come in and out of 
the channel. some of these ships are over 400 feet long,a very

Vacation Rental Amenities

2 complete kitchens,2 dining rooms,4-5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms. 
there are six queen beds a bunk bed futon combination and  three 
sleeper sofas.    
both floors have open floor plans.With central air and ceiling fans  
You should really enjoy the climate.TVs on each level.all new 
furniture 
and linens.

Activities and Attractions

You can swim in Lake Michigan,fish off the Grand Haven pier,all 
kinds of water sports, watch the big ships come in and go out of the 
channel.Some nights you can see the fully lit big ships out on the 
lake. You might also see the glow from the lights of milwaukee. You 
can also hike the kitchel-lindquist sand dunes. The musical fountain 
is located right at the dune behind the house. You can walk the 
boardwalk go to the many fine restaurants and shops in Grand Haven 
area. The Lake Express Car Ferry (to and from Milwaukee / 
Muskegon),The Lakes Mall and Michigans Adventure Amusement Park are 
all within a 25 mile drive from this magnificent beach house.

OFF SEASON SPECIAL RATE!!

$600.00 per weekend 8 person maximum
$995.00 per week 8 person maximum

In season rates
$3990.00 per week up to 12 guests. ONE WEEK STAY IS REQUIRED DURING
THE SUMMER SEASON.WE BOOK SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. PLEASE BE SPECIFIC
WITH THE DATES YOU WANT TO STAY
IN THE INQUIRY YOU SEND ME. INCOMPLETE INQUIRES MAY NOT BE ANSWERED IN
TIME AS I REALLY TEND TO ANSWER THOSE THAT ARE SPECIFIC FIRST. Thanks

$425.00 per night off season minumum 3 night rental

                

our week runs from 3pm saturday until 10am the following saturday. a 
50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm reservation. the 
balance is due 60 days prior to stay.   cleaning deposit required. 
damage deposit will be required.
