Vacation Rental Description

This new luxurious custom-built Torreon mountain home is located on the Mogollon Rim in the Northern 
Arizona White Mountains. This property is located on the #1 fairway of Torreon's premier 36-hole 
championship golf course and only a block from the Country Club and Family Center. 

This unique home has a running creek through the entire property that can be viewed from almost 
every room in the house and there are majestic views of the golf course from the large second floor 
deck. Enjoy the views and the sounds of the creek as you relax in the jacuzzi on the deck

This 2700 square foot home is a two story split level design with a Living Room and loft upstairs 
with a fireplace and a 42" plasma TV. There is a Great Room/Game Room down stairs with a 60" big 
screen TV and there are three bedrooms, one with a door access to the creek and the Master Bedroom 
is a suite with a fireplace.

This home is beautifully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen and all linens and towels are 
provided.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Golf privileges and full use of all of Torreon's amenities are available for your use during your 
stay in this home. 

Torreon's amenities include full access to the clubhouse with two restaurants and a bar & grille, 
fully equipped and newly renovated fitness center, swimming pool and jacuzzi, childrens playground, 
family center, childrens practice golf course, private fishing pond and a equestrian park.

Activities and Attractions

The Family Center hosts many daily activities and provides free child care.

Enjoy mountain biking or hiking on the many White Mountain trails and skiing is available in the 
winter months at the near by Sunrise Ski Park.
