Four Oaks Cottage is a quaint, old fashioned beach cottage
surrounded by four wonderful live oak trees. Located in a
quiet neighborhood with 5 minute walk to beach and close to the
pier/village area. Woodburning fireplace, comfortable and cozy furnishings.
Queen bed, fullsize bed, and 2 bunkbeds. Separate dining
room seats 6. Antique patio table for outside dining.
Very convenient location- close to pier/village area, shops, restaurants and ocean side pool.
Small, nonshedding dogs allowed with nonrefundable pet fee (amount depends on type of dog)

- There is golfing, biking with bike rentals closeby, trolley tours, tennis courts, beachside public pool, marsh or ocean kayaking, and boating,
- Sightseeing - visit Fort Frederica and other historical landmarks, climb the St Simons Lighthouse, visit historical Jekyll Island, Sapelo and Cumberland Islands. Historic Savannah is an hour away.

Monthly rates: $1600 winter (Dec/Jan/Feb) $1800-$2,300 (spring/fall); $2600-$3000 summer; Premium rates apply to GA/FLA weekend and holidays-Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. Minimum age 25, with exception of GA/FLA weekend with extra deposit. Cleaning fee $65. Driver's license info required. Personal checks accepted. No credit cards.
Small non-shedding dogs allowed with pet fee.
Short term rentals less than 30 days subject to accommodation excise tax of 5%.
