Four Oaks Cottage in St Simon's Island

Four Oaks Cottage is a quaint, old fashioned beach cottage
surrounded by four wonderful live oak trees. Located in a
quiet neighborhood 5 minute walk to beach and close to the
pier/village area. Each bedroom has two walls of windows, one with a
queen bed and the other with a fullsize bed plus 2 bunkbeds. Living
room has a wood burning fireplace and queen sofabed. Separate dining
room seats 6. Patio table for outside dining.
Small, nonshedding dogs allowed with nonrefundable pet fee.

Fireplace, Central heat and a/c, Cable TV - 3 TVs, 2 VCRs, 1 DVD
player. Hi-speed internet access. Kitchen is fully
equipped including dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker &
blender. All linens furnished. Washer/dryer off kitchen.
Games, books and videos available to enjoy. No smoking policy
strictly enforced.

St. Simons Island is a beautiful island minutes from historic
Brunswick, GA. The live oaks line the
streets, most with bike paths. You can shop at many of the wonderful
boutiques and antique shops, dine out in some great restaurants,
golf, bike, play tennis, take a trolley tour, go to the beach or take
day trips to the many
wonderful destinations nearby.
You can visit Fort Frederica, climb the St Simons Lighthouse, go
kayaking in the marshes or in the ocean, rent bicycles, fish off the
pier or at the beach. There is Jekyll Island, Sapelo & Cumberland
Islands. Historic Savannah is an
hour away. Jacksonville, FL is less than an hour.Or just sit back,
read a book, and relax all day.

Rates can be negotiable, especially if last minute. Summer -
900/week or $150/night, minimum 3 nights. Winter $750/week or
$135/night
or monthly rates available starting at $1400 winter to $2,200 in
summer.
Peak season rates apply to GA/FLA weekend and all holiday weekends.
No Smoking inside or out.
