Vacation Rental Description

If you are seeking ‘somewhere special’ for your vacation you need 
look no further. Our spacious (3246sq ft), fully air conditioned, 5 
bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is the perfect setting to enjoy a relaxing 
time with family or friends, it can easily accommodate up to 12 
guests and offers the ultimate in vacation accommodation.

It is located within the prestigious Highlands Reserve golf 
community that provides a quiet and peaceful setting, yet is only 
minutes from Disney and a short drive away from numerous shopping 
malls and the other Orlando attractions. 

The accommodation, which has been luxuriously furnished, is ideal if 
you seek plenty of space, have a large family/group or if 2 families 
wish to share. It has 2 master suites (1 includes a lounge area that 
overlooks the pool) and 3 twin bedrooms (located on the 2nd floor). 
It is also possible to provide cribs for a small additional fee. All 
bedrooms have 60+ channel cable TV & DVD.

The villa also enjoys its own fully screened heatable pool (30x15), 
the extended deck (52x26 plus lanai of 20x12) is south/ west facing 
and includes a Jacuzzi, it also overlooks the 2nd fairway of the 
golf course.  

An extensive range of pool furniture is provided to enable guests to 
soak up the sun, eat ‘al fresco’ and unwind after each days 
activities.

The beautifully furnished family room (with TV & entertainment 
centre inc. 5 disk DVD, VCR, Tuner, MP3 & surround sound), lounge 
area, dining room and nook provide plenty of space for everyone to 
spread out & relax.

There is also a games room with a pool table, table 
tennis table, foosball table and air hockey table for guests use. In 
addition we provide books, board games and DVD's. 
  
The kitchen & utility area, which are fully equipped to the highest 
standards, provide guests with the option to self cater, a 
supermarket is only 2 minutes away.

However if you want to take a break from cooking you can use an 
extensive range of delivery services or visit any of the excellent 
restaurants that are only minutes away.

Towels and linen are provided and a maid service can be arranged if 
required (additional fee). 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Highlands Reserve offers a number of community facilities including 
tennis courts, community pool and childrens play area.  The 
clubhouse for the par72 golf course (3.5 stars by Golf digest) is 
only 1 minute away, if you fancy playing a number of courses there 
are 20+ within 30 minutes drive.

Activities and Attractions

Just minutes from the entrance to Disney.  Seaworld, Universal etc 
are a short drive away.

Shopping Malls (inc discount designer mall) are minutes away along 
I4.

For the sports minded the villa overlooks the Highlands Reserve golf 
course and there are many other golf courses close by if you wish to 
try them - we are happy to make recommendations.

Communal tennis courts and a swimming pool are within the Highlands 
reserve community. There is also a childs play area. 

Horse-riding is available within a short drive. 

Gulf coast beaches are about an hour drive away for those who seek 
water based sports (sailing, fishing etc)
