Florida, and with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this elegant and  
spacious property is perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 8  
guests. 
 
Add the Windsor Hills facilities to everything this fantastic  
townhouse offers - and you have the makings of the best vacation  
ever! The private, gated resort of Windsor Hills boasts a fabulous  
7,500 square foot clubhouse, with a sparkling Olympic sized  
community pool, 20 foot spiral tubular slide, kiddie pool, spa pool,  
hot tub, intermittent fountain, 58 seat professional cinema theatre,  
fitness center, billiard room, sundry convenience store and lots more  
besides! It's minutes from Disney, and is in easy distance of nearby  
shops and restaurants. 
 
 
New Mercies Town-house has a roomy family room to relax in during  
the day or evening, with sumptuous contemporary-style sofas, a cable  
TV, DVD and sound system - so you can watch your favorite movie, or  
listen to  music.  
 
Want to have some private-time in the pool?...our sparkling heated  
splash pool and combination spa has privacy walls to the side. Or  
choose to sit and relax in the warm Florida sun on the deck as you  
look out to the conservation area behind. The pool area is provided  
with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young  
infants should you need it. 
 
Sleeping accommodation at New Mercies includes a master bedroom with  
a King-size bed upstairs, TV with DVD and VCR, night-stand with  
lamp, clock/radio/alarm and telephone, dresser and closet space.  
There's a master bathroom for privacy, with vanity unit, shower, bath  
and toilet. A further bedroom provides a queen-size bed, night-stand  
and dresser, with cable TV, DVD player and VCR, plus a master bedroom  
suite, with vanity, bath/shower and toilet. There's a third spacious  
bedroom with 2 twin beds, night-stand, closet and dresser with cable  
TV and PlayStation games console/DVD player, plus shared family  
bathroom. Finally, the sofa in the family room can be converted to a  
queen-size sleeper/sofa as required. 
 
The bright and airy kitchen has been fully equipped with everything  
that you could need for that quick snack, or a fabulous meal for  
two or even a family feast. Eat together as a family at our dining  
area and talk about the days excitement at the parks and attractions  
of Orlando, or enjoy time together at the breakfast bar as meals are

to secure this property with the balance due 60 days before arrrival. 
Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require full payment. 
 
A refundable $250 security deposit is also required with your deposit. 
This security deposit is returned to you 15 days following your 
departure so long as no damages or excessive cleaning charges are 
incurred. 
 
 
Pool heat is recommended from the 31st-Oct to the 31st-Mar. Pool heat 
is an additional $20 per night plus tax for this property. 
 
If your stay is less than 7 nights an additional $85 surcharge plus 
tax is made for cleaning.
