Vacation Rental Description

Bright spacious studio apartment in a building directly on a 
pristine stretch of white sandy beach.  Condominium Stella Maris is 
centrally located at 1 Condado Avenue in the heart of  El Condado, 
right next door to the San Juan Marriot Resort and Casino. The fifth 
floor location allows for spectacular views but is still low enough 
for you to be lulled to sleep by the surf at night.  A full wall of 
sliding glass doors on the ocean side opens up to tropical breezes 
and a panoramic vista. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The approximately 400 sq. ft. apartment has a fully equipped  
kitchenette.  There is a comfortable double bed and an air mattress. 
There is a love seat and a  4 person dining set. There is an air 
conditioner and ceiling fan.  All linens and towels are provided.  
Local phone calls are free. There is a  cassette/CD player, a VCR 
and. television with cable.

The well maintained and secure twelve story condominium is separated 
from the beach by only a decorative cement wall .  The studio has a 
designated space in a gated parking area.  Each floor has a separate 
key for the elevator and stair-well which helps to ensure security 
and privacy. A coin operated laundry room is on the first floor.

All you should need to bring with you is your clothing and your 
smile.

Activities and Attractions

Virtually any activity you’d expect at a seaside resort can be found 
in San Juan.  A cyber café and several gyms are with-in the 
neighborhood.  Tours out on the island can be arranged by the 
concierge desk at the Marriot.  Wind surfing, jet skiing, deep sea 
fishing, scuba diving are all available in the metropolitan area.  
Museums, restaurants and shops abound as do taxis and car rental 
agencies.  For less than a dollar, the city bus runs into Old San 
Juan, about 2 miles away.  The International Airport is a 10 minute 
drive or a $13 flat rate taxi ride away.  The sun, surf and tropical 
breezes are all provided free.

High Season: Oct. 15th to April 15th	
                        $100.00 / night   $600.00/ week  
Low Season: April 16th to Oct. 14th	
		$85.00/ night       $500/week

A 5 night minimum stay is required
25% non-refundable deposit required to secure reservation.
One-time cleaning fee of $60.00
