Vacation Rental Description

Goodwyn Beach Cottage is located  right on the beach and has an 
unrestricted view of the south coast.Located just  south 
of Oistin Town on the beach side,the cottage is very convienient to 
shops, supermarkets, banks,doctors offices, public transport and of 
course the famous Oistins Fish Fry.All of these are about 2 minuites 
walk away from the property.
This lovely beach cottage is idealy suited for a family with 
children 
or a group of friends.
The living room located at the front of the cottage ,has ample 
seating for everyone.There is a TV with a DVD player.There is also a 
ceiling fan in the living room along with 2 portable standing fans 
which can be used anywhere in the house.There is also a sofa,which 
can be used for a pull out full bed.
 In the Dining Room, there is a  dining table which holds 6 people 
comfortably. 
The master bedroom is located on the beach side of the house with 2 
twin beds and has a  ceiling fan.
Bedroom #2 has in a double bed and has in A/con.You can use  bedroom 
#2 as the master bedroom as well.
The toilet and bath is located at the bottom of the hallway as you 
enter from the back door by the beach or back deck.This is a very 
convenient location especially after coming in from off of the beach.
There is also an outside shower and tap for washing off sand before 
entering the property.
The Kitchen is fully equipt with pots and pans,dishes,cutlery.There 
is a microwave,fridge, a cooker with grill and oven,toaster,as well 
as a coffee maker.
The back varandah or deck has a table with 4 chairs,3 arm chairs and 
2 lounge chairs.Ample room for entertaining,as most people actually 
live out on the back varandah,the view is just spectacular!!
The laundry room which has in a washing machine,can be used by you, 
for you own personal washing. There is a maid service midweek,which 
is for the cleaning of the house, changing of the linen and 
towels.This does not include your personal laundry.
On Arrival at Goodwyn Beach Cottage,the owner will be there to greet 
you,and to answer any questions that you may have.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Phone(local calls only),Air Conditioning, Ceiling and standing 
fans,TV, DVD player,CD palyer with radio.  Full kitchen, 
Microwave,Stove,Refrigerator,Coffeemaker,Toaster.
Cooking utensils provided,linen,towels,security lights, security 
safe,security grills on windows and doors,parking space for rental 
cars with a garage.

Activities and Attractions

Swimming,Snorkling/Diving,Boating,Sailing, Deep Sea 
Fishing,Waterskiing,Jet Skiing is 
just at you back door.
Activities nearby include Golf,Tennis,Fishing,Catamaran Sailing & 
swimming with the turtles.Horseback Riding, Shopping,Restaurants 
with 
St Lawrence Gap only 5 min ride away.Sightseeing,hiking and 
biking.There are several tours that you can take to do any of these 
activities any day.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are based on the rental of the whole property as a cottage 
sleeping a max of 4 people. If the pull out couch is used, another 2 
people can sleep at and extra cost of US$20.00 per person per night.

Winter...Dec 15th - Apr 15th...$190.00 per night.
Summer...April 16th-Dec Dec 14th..$150.00 per night

There is an additional charge of US$10.00 per person per night,for 
the 5th and 6th person.
To book,we would need to send you a booking form to fill out.A 
deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking balance on arrival. 
You can pay the deposit with a credit card and the info to do so is 
on the form.
