newly build in 2006.  It is a designer decorated home with high  
ceilings and an expansive, open feeling.  Allowing for the outdoors  
to feel a part of the home.  The home is situation between the 12th  
and 14th fairway greens of an immaculantly keep golf course. 
 
The main home and casita offer three large bedroom suites, each with  
an individual private bath.  There's also a queen sleeper sofa for an  
overnight guest. 
 
The outdoors offers you a stunning view of the golf course,  
surrounding mountains, covered patio/dining area with a builtin  
barbecue and of course your own private pool and spa. 
 
Having been professionally decorated the home features pleasant  
browns and greens as a color scheme.  For convenience and enjoyment  
there is a 46" Plasma TV in the great room with plasma televisions in  
all other bedrooms.  The home also has high speed wireless internet  
connection and a gas fireplace in the family room.  the spacious  
master suite also features a gas burning fireplace, providing for a  
cozy, romantic evening.  The game room sports a pool table and big screen 
plasma television. 
 
The kitchen is fully equipped with all brand new stainless steel  
appliances and granite counter tops.
