New to vacation rental market. You could be the lucky couple
who gets this beautiful waterfront home every winter!!! This is
a beautiful 1,400 s.f. 2/1/1 located on a canals.The open
Gulf of Mexico is at the end of this Canal.This Cozy home is  completely tiled, except the nice sized bedrooms,
the master is 12 x 16). The Bathroom has an easy step-in shower. 

The spair bedroom has One double bed.

You have two fantastic waterfront views. one from the back of the house where your private dock is. and the second is on the side of the house.

The kitchen is stocked with all supplys you will need if you feel like cooking at home instead of going to the fabuless resturants in the hudson area.

The string of beaches along this part of the Gulf Coast range from
isolated islands accessible only by boat (Anclote Key and Caladesi
Island) to tourist beaches with all the souvenir shops, T-shirt
stores, grouper sandwiches, para-sailing and nightclubs etc...

 (St. Pete beach). The people that rank beaches place Caladesi Island,
Anclote Key State Park, and Ft. DeSoto Park in the top ten in the
U.S. with most of the other top ten beaches being in Hawaii and the
(colder than here) Florida panhandle. Our gulf beaches have a very
gentle slope with soft lapping waves, ranking them among the safer
beaches to enjoy in Florida (unlike the rougher east coast of
Florida--Cocoa, Sabastian, Melbourne and Daytona).

Bring your boat or fish from your dock for some of the best fishing
offered in Florida. Better yet, charter a trip with the owner! ($75.00 per person min.2 people. Grouper fishing weather permitting).
If you want to stay closer to home, you could ride your bike to nearby
Hudson beach--3 miles +/-, walk to a neighborhood card game at Sea
Ranch civic center or take in a round of golf on one of the many
public courses.

It is close to everything. Wal-Mart and K-Mart within 3 miles,
groceries 2 mi., numerous restaurants, Target, 2nd Wall-Mart
and the mall all within 5-8 miles... too many things to list!
Convient, convient, convient!

We live in and love this area because of its atmosphere, variety of
offerings, affordability, climate and central location. Come, check
it out if you haven't already. You won't be disappointed.

If you do come, and you do smoke, we ask that you be considerate of
those coming in the future (perhaps with little ones and/or those
with asthsma or allergies) and limit your smoking to outside.

Below are photos of the house. If you are interested in more
photos, I will be happy to e-mail them to you. I can also include
some of the nearby beach, restaurants, boat ramp etc... I just
didn't want to post them and have you think they were "within view
of the property." I feel that would be misleading. They are all
very close by however... within 3-5 miles!


Sleeping: Master has 1 King Bed
Second Bedroom Has 1 ful size bed.
One Very Comfortable Couch and Love Seat in Living Room. There is also a beautiful sitting area in the outside screened porch, if you enjoy sleeping outside.

Day trips are endless --- There are boat rentals, deep sea fishing,
sailing, canoeing, sea kyaking, river kyaking (with manatees in the
winter months), scuba diving (Gulf as well as springs), wind
surfing, water skiing, jet skiing, eco tours, shelling, shrimp
docks, tiki bars, historic Tarpon Springs and its sponge docks,
SunCruz casino cruises, $1.00 bowling, mini golf, shopping, flea
markets, numerous restaurants, movies, and live theater. You are
only 15 minutes from Weeki Wachee Springs Water Park (mermaid shows)
and their kyaking & canoing outpost, 45 minutes from the Tampa Int'l
Airport and Busch Gardens, about 90-120 minutes from Disney,
E.P.C.O.T., Universal Studios, MGM, Sea World, Wet-n-Wild
and all the other Orlando attractions.

Not that you would want to spend your time in Florida dealing with
back problems or in the hospital...but we are only 5 minutes from
the Bonati Institute (for back pain). The Bayonett Point Hospital
is only 1 minute past that!

If you are unfamiliar with the area, we will be happy to send you
information on your interests ahead of time. This way you are able
to make any necessary reservations early.

Pricing includes all utilities, phone, internet, cable TV and lawn

Reservations: $500 for monthly / $250 for weekly
Security Non-refundable as a reservation fee. It becomes your
security deposit upon entering the house. It will
be refunded within two weeks of your leaving the house
in acceptable condition with all its amenities in
tact. Due at the time of booking.

Note: This fee is non-refundable, however we would apply it
to a re-scheduled vacation date.


All monies are to be paid in U. S. dollars and must either be
certified or received enough in advance (18 days) prior to your
arrival date.

Dogs are premitted with an additional $100 security deposit and an
additional $25 cleaning/fumagation fee. (No aggressive breeds or,
puppies) Dogs must be kept on a leash when outside. Florida is a
state which has Leash Laws.
