picturesque nieghborhood just minutes from Hammondsport on Keuka's 
desireable East side.  This fine year round home commands a 
panoramic view of beautiful Keuka Lake with inspiring views of Bully 
Hill and Heron Hill vineyards beyond. Spacious and well equiped, the 
home is surrounded by beautiful landscaping including 99 ft. of 
prime, level beachfront. The level lot affords easy access(drive to 
the door and no steps to the beach) while the home also offers a 
ground floor masterbedroom suite. The covered slate terraces with 
seperate dining and sitting areas overlook the lawn,lake and 
permanent dock with upper terrace. A roomy 3100 sq. ft. of gracious 
relaxation and swimming at its finest awaits you!

Vacation Rental Amenities

    The home is fully furnished ,with a gourmet kitchen(with 
DW),laundry room with washer/dryer and second refridgerator, a large 
dining/living room surrounded with windows, a log timbered rustic 
family room with gas fireplace, a library/den with cable TV/DVD,and 
ground floor masterbedroom suite.                                    
     The second floor offers 4 bedrooms and a full bath. A seperate
bunkhouse with 1/2 bath adjoins the detached garage. A large lawn at 
waters edge includes a campfire pit and brick terrace for barbeques. 
Also available for guests use are 2 kayaks ,canoe, and permanent 
dock for boating and swimming.
