Vacation Rental Description

Waterside is a modern, stylish 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa sleeps 6 
and is located between Port Charlotte and Englewood in Rotonda West 
area in Englewood, Florida.  It is only a year old and has been 
stunningly furnished by Interior Designers. 

Constructed on a west rear facing water lot, this home offers a 
luxurious experience to guests.  The furnishing is of a very high 
standard and the house has been exceptionally well equipped, 
including a very well planned kitchen.  

The house has full air-conditioned and central heating if required.  
The quality furnishing is comfortable, attractive and is stunningly 
different.  At the rear of the villa is the electrically heated 
pool, with a lawned area leading down to the inland waterway which 
runs through the Rotonda community.

Waterside offers a formal living and dining room, a family room with 
entertainment centre, a well stocked kitchen and breakfast nook.  
There are three bedrooms (one king, one queen, and two twins), two 
bathrooms (master with a bath tub and a large separate walk-in 
shower. The lanai has a spacious table and seating for 6 people.  
There are also 2 sun loungers and a further 2 high backed chairs.

Vacation Rental Amenities

If you are looking for an upmarket home, Waterside offers a great 
deal to potential renters.  Located in an area which is surrounded 
by lovely beaches and exciting golf courses, guests will enjoy a 
fabulous vacation within the Rotonda community.  

The house has high speed wireless internet access, a BBQ and 2 
bicycles for the use of guests.  It is also participating in 
the 'Golf Scoop' promotion.

The area also offers a wide selection of restaurants from the casual 
to the elegant and they offer everything from fresh sea food, 
Italian food, excellent steak houses and all American cuisine. 
Waterside has an in-house guide to help guests find these during 
their stay.  With local shops, marinas, plenty of restaurants, good 
beaches, great golf and water, this is paradise. You can be as 
relaxed or as active as you choose.

Activities and Attractions

Supermarkets are located on the east, north and west exits from 
Rotonda.  There are local shops nearby and the shopping malls in 
Port Charlotte which is within easy reach. You can visit Busch 
Gardens in Tampa, The Everglades, Cape Canaveral and islands such as 
Captiva and Sanibel in a day.  The nearest international airport is 
Tampa which is 1hr 30 mints away, but more flights are also starting 
to fly into Ft Myers which is just under an hour away.

The area boasts excellent beaches and State Parks and is the center 
for deep sea and game fishing. We are able to book fishing trips 
with one of the top local guides.  You can choose from backwater, 
offshore to game fishing.  From April to July, the game fishing 
includes the incomparable Silver King or Tarpon.

For those looking for a little light exercise, there are some good 
local cycling trails and Waterside comes complete with 2 bicycles 
for the use of guests.

Golf is a passion for many people and the Rotonda development offers 
6 courses and there a literally dozens outside the area, all within 
a 15 mile radius.

The 'Golf Scoop' gives 2 named adults staying at Waterside the 
opportunity to play unlimited 'free' golf on 4 of the Rotonda 
courses.  In low season, there is a $50 admin fee and the guest is 
responsible for golf kart hire.  In high season, there is an 
additional charge of just $50 per person, per week.

Pool heat is an additional $105 per week.  
There is a $250 refundable security deposit
High and Festive season bookings of 28 nights or more attract a 20% 
discount. 
Low season bookings of 28 nights or mroe attract a 15% discount.

In High and Festive season, there is a $50 admin fee and then each 
player (max 2) pays $50 per week to play unlimited golf on the 4 
Rotonda Golf & Country Club courses. All the players would then pay 
for would be golf cart hire.
In Low season, the only charge is a single $50 admin fee and the 
golf cart hire
