beach of Marco Island. South Seas East is located on the east  
end of the complex and includes garden and mid-rise condominiums.  
Walking paths wind throughout the complex, tropical landscape paths  
lead you directly to the 3 1/2 mile beach.  
 
This is a wonderful sixth floor two bedroom/two bath condo that has  
been NEWLY REFRESHED located in South Seas East mid-rise (Bldg A).  
From our top floor open balcony there is both a Gulf view that  
offers spectacular sunsets and a waterfront view of Clam Bay.  
 
Large patio doors lead from both the living room and master bedroom  
to the balcony.  
 
Dock access for boats, large heated pool, and tennis courts.
