Ocean Pointe Villas in Folly Beach

This condo is one of the nicest on Folly Beach. It has an
unobstructed view and instant access to the Edge Of America, the
Atlantic Ocean. Simply grab a lounge chair (that we provide for
your use) and cross the road/dune walkover to begin a relaxing
day at the beach.

Living room and Master BR have beautiful views of the ocean. Master
BR has a king size bed and bathroom with jacuzzi and seperate
shower. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and bathroom and bedroom #3
has 2 twin beds with bathroom. Living room has a queen size sleeper
sofa and 2 oversized chairs that make twin beds. Kitchen has
stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped. Porch overlooking
ocean has table & chairs with seating for 6 and dining room seats 8.
Floors are custom porcelain tile and unit is very tastefully
decorated.

Activities are plentiful, including sun bathing, swimming,
parasailing, jet ski rentals, surfing, bike rentals, kayaking,
fishing, boating, etc. Center Street is 2 blocks away and is the
shopping/restaurant district. The Folly Beach fishing pier is also
2 blocks away where you can rent a pole or bring your own.
Historic Charleston is 10-15 minutes away where you can enjoy
gourmet dining, museums, Dock Street Theater, sightseeing, SC
Aquarium, Cruises to Fort Sumter, Horse drawn carriage tours,
shopping, golfing, fishing charters and boating, parks, etc.

Mid Season: $1500 week / 225.00 night
High Season: $1850 week / nightly rentals not available
Off Season: $1150 week / 200.00 night
There is a two night minimum stay required.
There is an 11.5% accomodation tax + $140.00 cleaning/linen fee.

*WINTER RENTAL October 1 - February 28, $2,200.00 monthly (includes
all utilities)+ $140.00 one time cleaning fee.
