Lake House alone $2,800.00 per week : FULLY AIR-CONDITIONED - 2 bedroom / 2 1/2 bath will sleep 4 adults comfortably. Master bedroom with Jacquizzi, and remote control gas fireplace and sitting area enhances your lake experience, with a coffee bar steps from your bed with refrigerator convenient to stock other livations. Both master and guest room have lake views and private bathroom with master bedroom having "french doors," that open onto lake view. Reverse cycle airconditioning and heating. This comes with the use of 4 kayaks, and a pedal boat.

Lake House and Lake Cottage both $3,200 per week  AIR-CONDITIONED COMFORT IN LAKE HOUSE AND LAKE COTTAGE during warm conditions- this combination will sleep 6 adults, and have available 4 kayaks and a pedal boat. The lake Cottage and Lake House are 75'ft. apart for privacy and convenience. Both have wi-fi, reverse cycle airconditioning, and utensils for cooking and serving. Cable TV in both units.

The property is meticulously landscaped which is why we do not allow pets. The gardens are delicate and vulnerable, with abundant wildlife. Deer,Fox,Loons,Mallards,Eagles, and Owls.

Pontoon Boat available for rental at $600.00 per week plus gas and oil or $100.00 per day plus gas and oil: Equipped with 70 hp. outboard motor, a bimini top for sun protection and will seat 6 adults comfortably for excursions to Long Lake which is an all sports lake, through the Mickey Lake channel and enjoy walking the islands and enjoying the wildlife. Eagles, Loons, and other indigenous animals.

Use of a small pedal boat as well as two kayaks with Lake Cottage alone package, and 4 kayaks with Lake House or Lake House and Lake Cottage together, included in rental.

This being the place easy and convenient to enjoy many famous singers and bands for those evenings you don't want to look far for entertainment. The home of Moomer's ice cream is just a 10 minute drive to your favorite flavor. 

The Dunes are 30 minutes away, and the cherry and apple orchards 15
minutes away as you wind your way up to Old Mission Penninsula for an
adventure in wine tasting and enjoying the many activities Traverse
City provides shopping, movies, Cherryland Mall, and the Turtle Creek Casino.

Pontoon Boat (21') available for rent @ $600.00 per week  or $100.00 per day plus gas and oil Boat equipped with 70 HP Evinrude...nice boat and very safe,  or bring your own boat...let us know and we'll make arrangements...no larger than 21'

Security Deposit:$500 for Cottage (refundable if there's no damage). $1,000.00 when both house and cottage booked with refundable deposit if no damage.

To secure your your reservation $500.00 down required,
refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival.  Fourteen Days prior to
arrival the remaining balance. ....If there is a problem, we will make every attempt to find a replacement booking and try and refund your deposit.
