Great, central Palm Springs location, less than 10 minutes from 
downtown shopping, dining, and nightlife.  Location within 15 minutes 
of Palm Desert, the airport, and all necessities for the "good life".

This non-smoking unit is on the second (top) floor of a two-story 
building.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This lovely home and its' gated complex offer many ammenities 
including 4 pools (one right outside your doorstep), 2 jacuzzis, 2 
tennis courts, 1 basketball court, workout room, and community 
barbeques.  Includes 1 covered parking space w/guest space available.

The fully remodeled designer unit features 2 large bedrooms with king-
sized beds, 500 threadcount sheets, and top of the line mattresses.  
Each bedroom features a beautifully remodeled bath, great closet 
space.  One bedroom has large patio doors leading to a full length 
balcony with stunning mountain views.  Also feature wireless internet 
access.

The incredible kitchen features new espresso cabinets, granite 
countertops, and the latest stainless steel appliances and cookware.  
The dining space and large living room are furnished with beautiful 
new furniture, and offer a comfortable and tranquil environment to 
relax in.  Free Internet access for both wired and wireless laptops.

PLEASE NOTE - ADULTS PREFERRED.  MUST DISCUSS ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 
18.

Activities and Attractions

In addition to onsite swimming, tennis, basketball, volleyball, gym, 
this central location affords guests the opportunity to enjoy all the 
Palm Springs area has to offer -- within minutes of the location.  

Numerous golf courses, fine dining, nightlife, shopping, hiking, the 
Palm Springs Tramway, all close by.  Even the lovely Moorten 
Botanical Gardens right across the street.

For those serious shoppers, the incredible Desert Cabazon Outlets are 
within 25 minutes.  For those serious gamblers, several casinos are 
nearby including the full renovated Casino Morongo.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates will vary depending upon number of guests and duration of 
stay.  General rates are as follows:

- October 06-April 07:  $2400 p/mo 1-2 guests;  $2600 p/mo 3-4 guests
- May 06-Sept 06:  $1900 p/mo 1-2 guests; $2100 p/ 3-4 guests

*Multi-month discounts will be discussed.  WEEKEND and WEEKLY rates 
will be entertained.  Payment terms to be discussed.
