bathrooms and is situated on a 1/4 acre. Enjoy indoor/outdoor living 
with dining and living areas surounding the pool and patio while 
enjoying the views of the mountains. Many citrus trees to choose from 
and an herb garden to add to your cooking.

The home is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood with public 
tennis courts 2 blocks away and many public golf courses to choose 
from. There are 2 adult bicycles to use while enjoying your getaway. 
This property was newly furnished in October of 2005 including 
furniture, 
mattress, sheets, towels, kitchenware and we continue to update the 
home to keep it fresh.
